What's New in 2000!
2000

5/00 I've added a bunch more stuff again, and this time included the history of my last name, Dibble. The information was written somewhere around 1914 so I've added some to it myself, though incomplete. It lists 6 generations of Dibbles, plus an additional 5 generations further back to 1608 through a daughter. By this account, I am the fifth generation Dibble, my children the sixth. All told, 11 generations.

4/00 Woohoo! The new 'improved' page is here! There are FAR too many updates and additions to put in here, but, here are some highlights -
As you can see, the updates are on their own page now. They were getting to be too long for the opening page, so here they are, divided by year.
The 80386 Resource Center is added and running (though still lots to add to it), let me know what you think!
Syble's picture page has a different background now.
The rest you'll have to find yourself! :)

On a personal note, I have heard from Tracy, my daughter, after sending her a letter. Yup, after 12 years I am finally able to speak with my daughter. She says my son Jeremy is excited about hearing from me too. Heck, I am excited myself!

3/00 Well, BIG changes are coming to my page! I am adding the 80386 page mentioned before (the new page...) to here, and making all kinds of changes to this page! I've got, at the moment, about 15 more pages to add, as well as all the files that will be available. For now, I am only introducing the start page for the resource center, and adding to this update. (This update stuff will have it's own page!) Lots coming in the near future, so come back soon and check out the 'new' David's Page!

1/00 To those of you who have looked at the new page, Thank You! I might actually put something on it yet...
My Father passed away last summer. I've finally included his obituary. A great man he was.
The resume is back, for whatever it's worth.
News on the home front - I've been looking for my daughter, more or less, for the last 12 years. (the 'someone' I mentioned in the 5/99 update). Last week my mother received a letter from her! Though mother won't give me her address (long story as to why), it is good to know she is out there. If you, Tracy Leigh Smith of the Minneapolis area, see this, please write. Also, if you know her (she is 20 years old as of last November 13, 1999), let me know too.

1999 updates.
